Delete Your Surveynox Account

Before you start

Deleting your account is permanent. Any remaining coin balance is forfeited and cannot be restored.

If you have a balance above $5, request your payout and wait for it to be paid before deleting. Deleting your account cancels any pending withdrawal.

Option 1: Delete from the Surveynox app

  1. Open the Surveynox app and sign in
  2. Tap the Settings icon
  3. Scroll to Account Actions
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm by tapping Yes, delete forever

Your account is deleted immediately. No waiting period, no email confirmation needed.

Option 2: Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@surveynox.com from the email address on your Surveynox account, with the subject “Account deletion request”.

We verify the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

The following is permanently erased and cannot be recovered:

  • Your profile: name, email address, profile photo, country
  • Your coin balance and all earnings history
  • Every transaction record on your account
  • Your referral code and all referral records
  • Your device identifier and signup record
  • Your Google sign-in link to Surveynox
  • Your notification token

What we keep, and why

A small amount of data survives deletion, with everything that identifies you removed from it:

  • Payout records. The amount, method, and date of completed payouts are retained for accounting and tax purposes. Your name, email address, and payment details are erased from these records at deletion.
  • Survey completion logs. Records of surveys credited to your account are anonymized, with your identifier replaced and your email removed.
  • Fraud records. If your account was flagged for fraud or policy abuse, that record is retained to protect the platform and other users.

None of this retained data can be linked back to you. It is kept for as long as tax and financial record-keeping law requires, typically up to 7 years, and is never used for marketing or shared with advertisers.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

Surveynox does not currently offer partial data deletion. Your account data is the minimum needed to run the service and pay you. If you want your data removed, delete your account using either option above.
